"I don't usually write reviews but I am so please with Lifetime. I had to share my experience. My 10k boat lift was installed give or take 6 months ago. Very professional and clean install, lift worked flawlessly. One day my lift would only go down on the remote and not up. The manual up/down switch still worked. I spoke with Evan and he immediately had their service tech Bill come out next day! He repaired it under warranty no questions asked same day. About two weeks later the lift remote stopped working again in both up and down now. I called again and talked to Evan he had Bill come out the next day and fixed my lift same day! The customer support, experience, and dedication of all the employees there is AMAZING! Big shout out to Nick, Evan, Bill, Katie, Angie and of course Doug. Thank you for your amazing customer support and your high quality work. If your thinking about a boat lift Lifetime is your answer. Hands down no questions asked."
